Endowment Gifts (In Memory/Honor) — Endowments are gifts that keep on giving. They provide a permanent and secure source of income for the university. Most WWU endowments have been established specifically to benefit student aid, in memory of family members, or to honor other special people. With endowments, funds are invested for long-term growth. Only interest from the fund’s principal is spent on the designated purpose; the principal itself is not spent. The interest earnings may also be reverted back to the principal. Gift-in-Kind — Non-cash gifts provide the satisfaction of supporting an area of your interest and in some cases, provide you with tax benefits that can actually increase after-tax income. To submit your gift, please fill in this Gift-in-Kind形式. You can continue to receive dividends and participate in shareholder votes, and the securities are still yours if you need them for other expenses.
